Who you are buying from

gTicket sells tickets on behalf of event organizers. The organizer is responsible for the event itself: what happens, when, and whether it goes ahead.

Your ticket

A ticket admits one person unless it says otherwise. Each ticket carries a unique code. Copying a ticket does not create a second admission — the first scan is the one that counts.

Payment

Your ticket is issued once your payment is confirmed by the payment provider. If a payment is taken but no ticket is issued, contact us and we will either issue it or refund you.

Cancellations and changes

If an organizer cancels an event we will tell you and refund the ticket price. If an organizer changes the time or venue we will tell you. Refunds in other circumstances are at the organizer's discretion.

Fees

The price you see before you pay is the price you pay. Any service fee is shown as a separate line before you confirm.
